Basketball coaches are obsessed with players being low. They drill it into their team’s heads from day one: Low is good, high is terrible. Low, low, low.
But that’s a lie. Well, sort of.
Being low is great sometimes — but only sometimes. And less often than you might think. Today, we’re going to dispel the “lower = better” myth so that you can learn to attack faster, with more balance, and be at the correct height when it comes time to score.
